2007 BMW 328i

Mechanic special ! smogged at the beginning of year tag went out August but is good for the next year just gotta pay it which I cannot ran out of funds due to medical issues water pump is not activating it was changed last year and the thermostat was recently changed. it has a replaced alternator water pump serpentine belt and pulley but currently water pump not activating which I was advised will overheat if driven on her will need to be towed to not blow the engine it could be limped home but not advised by my mechanic . She has a clean title pink slip and two key fobs 5%tint all around brakes and sensors changed around 1000 miles ago as well as the expansion tank fuel pump which came out a newer N51 engine bmw she is a sulev no engine light after the thermostat was cleared and swapped out just the temp light comes on after 10-15 min idle is said it could be the water pump since it was aftermarket not oem and no sound when the bleed procedure was activated indicating the water pump died. No check engine after the clear it had given a code for the thermostat which led to me changing the thermostat and finding that the water pump is not activating . Currently can’t fix myself going through medical issues and if you know BMWs they are a headache and I can’t deal with it at this moment .
