Description

This is a hard plastic Incredible Hulk mask that was made in the 90s. Better quality than the cheap flimsy ones you’ll find. That one time it had an electronic speaking device. I have not been able to get it to work, but maybe if somebody wanted to tinker with it they could. I am sure that it needs a mic that can be retrofitted into the mask and plugged into the voice amplifying speaker device that can be worn under your costume. This was really cool when it did work!
