My experience at Best Buy Auto Group was wonderful!  The staff was friendly, competent, and well informed from the moment I came in.  To make sure I found the ideal car for my requirements, they went above and above.  They made the entire procedure easy and stress-free, were patient, and responded to all of my enquiries.  They really stood out for their candour and openness throughout the negotiating process.  I was excited about my purchase and felt confident when I left. Highly recommend.

I bought a 2010 Subaru from Best Buy Auto nearly two weeks ago. I'm still waiting on the title. Yesterday, the traction control turned itself off on a dry paved road. Then the "check engine" light came on. Then the "cruise" light started flashing and the cruise control stopped working. I took it to my local Subaru dealership service station. The whole job cost me $800. Plus, I'll need to pay $350 to replace the windshield wiper reservoir that is busted. Oh, and they told me that the engine isn't the original engine! It's apparently a junkyard replacement, so there's no telling how many miles are actually on the engine, despite the Best Buy people telling me it had 79,000 miles. I expected to pay money for repairs... But not disclosing that the engine is a junkyard replacement? That should be criminal if it isn't. My advice, stay very far away from this place.
