Looking to upgrade your wiring to accommodate a high volume fuel pump? Clean Injection Pro Series Fuel Pump Harness will support upgraded fuel pumps such as the popular walbro 255lph, 450lph, 525lph, AEM 320lph or any fuel pump that draws a higher amperage than the factory pump. Clean Injection Pro Series Harness eliminates the possibility of melting the OEM wires or causing potential damage to your main relay. This kit will bypass the regulated OEM fuel pump wires and supply nearly 14.5 volts directly to your fuel pump. This upgrade will also increase fuel flow by up to 15% without doing any other modifications. Clean Injection Pro harness is built using Aircraft grade TXL wiring which is resistant to gasoline, oil, grease, acid, and solvents. TXL wiring will also resist elevated temperatures of up to 257°F. Powered using 12 AWG wires rated to 20 amps of current draw. We use a Mini Power Distribution Module featuring quick lock yellow latches which keeps the cover securely in place while still allowing for speed opening and closing. The IP67 sealed unit will stand up to road sparsh, oil, gasoline, and salt spray. The mini Power Distribution module houses a Picker 35 amp 280 micro relay and 30 amp fuse. Very easy to install and completely plug and play. Clean Injection Pro Series harness is powered using the power wire located in the under hood fuse box. Simply unscrew the power wire coming from the alternator and attached the Pro Series Harness Power wire with Ring terminal. The mini Power Distribution module can be mounted under the glove box and then route the wire harness back to your fuel pump hanger. The harness trigger connector plugs right into the OBD1 to OBD2 OEM Honda/Acura 2 pin fuel pump harness connector located on top of the factory fuel pump hanger. That 2 pin plug is now used to trigger the Pro Series Relay instead of powering the factory fuel pump. No cutting or modifications needed.
