I would like to start by saying the staff there is super friendly. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, I had issues with two different cars within days of buying them. The first vehicle's transmission failed just 10 minutes after leaving the lot. When I contacted the dealership, they told me to bring it back, but by the time I arrived, they were closed. However, the owner was still there and offered me another vehicle at the same price, which I appreciated.

The second vehicle seemed fine at first, but two days later, the timing went out. I had purchased a warranty with the car, so I reached out to the owner and he let me know to file a claim with the warranty company. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the warranty, I discovered that the dealership had not yet submitted it, causing my claim to be denied. My boss even attempted to speak with the owner, but they refused to take responsibility for the error or offer any assistance which i understand is 100% up to them.

I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but I believe a business should stand by its customers and take accountability when mistakes are made—especially when it directly affects a customer's ability to resolve an issue. I’m sharing this so future customers are aware and can make an informed decision.

This was quite honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The guys at 5 star are just good dudes. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get us in the car we’ve always wanted! If you are looking for an insane selection of everything from jeeps to high end luxury, these guys have it! Oh yeah, their prices are silly affordable too. No way I just bought a Twin Turbo 7 Series BMW for the price I did… absolutely stunning vehicle! Would highly recommend these guys and will certainly come back in the future. Drove 4 hours one way to look at this car. It was exactly as described and they answered all of my questions. The total transaction was painless and efficient. I look forward to a future car purchase from them.

Came here looking for a specific car, someone else was already looking at it so Brad recommended another one. I fell in love. It had low miles and an after market radio! After purchase I realized there was an issue with the brakes and they worked with me gave me an amazing deal and got them fixed in a timely manner. I was told I could bring the car back with any other issues in the future for work. I’d definitely recommend this place to other people. It was the easiest car buying experience I ever had Brad was honest and upfront about known issues with the car.

The sales guy was very nice and seems like a great guy! I wish they would look over their cars better and make sure they are safe! I know it’s a buy as is car lot but we bought a ford escape off them and we get it home and my husband jacks it up to look under it cuz it was making a horrible banging noise to find out it had a broken tie rod and it needs a CV axle!! Thank god my husband can do the work his self and we don’t have to go spend a lot of money at a shop to get it all fixed!
