Great experience buying a new car. Sales manager Mike Yanes and Marc Cassell were very fair and did not hard sell me. They were willing to negotiate, which I was pleasantly surprised by. Fair trade value was also given. I highly recommend giving them a visit if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

Went in to purchase a vehicle out of need following a crash that left my prior vehicle totaled. I opted for a car on the lot at asking price, didn't even request a discount. They then sat me down for about 1.5 hours and tried to upsell me on $10,000 of unnecessary service plan and warranty extensions (on a brand new Toyota) as well as a security system they said they install on all their cars. The attempted guilt trip was intense and unwarranted. In the process I also identified 1500 dollars of additional dealer fees that had not been clearly marked on the sticker price of the vehicle. Ultimately I rejected the upsell, which appeared to greatly upset the finance guy.

From that point forward, this dealership has provided terrible support including ignoring multiple phone calls requiring me to drive over and find someone in person, depositing a check for 10s of thousands of dollars which they were instructed not to (and was not owed to the dealership, but provided in good faith with the understanding it would likely not be deposited). Now I have to go back to the dealership so they can write me a check back. I am already dreading the irritating 1 hour of back and forth that will require.

You would think buying a new car for asking price would be an easy process. At this dealership, not so much. The only positive would be the salesperson, who was overall honest and knowledgeable, but didn't have to work very hard as I needed a vehicle. The salesperson at Findlay was NOT knowledgeable or honest.

I recently visited Centennial Toyota's new dealership in Las Vegas, and I was blown away! The facility is absolutely stunning with modern architecture and a bright, spacious showroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making my experience even better. The service center is top-notch, and the customer lounge is comfortable and inviting. If you're looking for a Toyota dealership that combines exceptional service with a beautiful environment, Centennial Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Amanda when I secured my 2015 Toyota Prius last night. Not only did they make the experience easy, but they also kept the upmost professionalism.
