The folks at autostar are thorough and persistent.
They worked after hours and on the weekends to get me back on the road.
Doing what they do takes a special kind of person. You can't always predict how every repair is going to go. Not one single one of us can predict the future.
A company is only as good as their follow-through, and they did everything in their power to do so.
While everything didn't go perfectly as planned in my case, the aftercare was top-notch with frequent updates and options moving forward to suit my budget, and safely get me back on the road.
From the owners, to the front desk, to the technicians, everybody provided top-notch service.

Had a pretty big mystery involving my 08 Chevy 3500 vortec.  Random no start/no crank or starter would stick. Then random lights and dash symbols. Tried what I knew including new batteries and starter. Nothing changed.  The shop picked up my truck and was honest and up front. Mystery kept getting deeper and they were upfront about needing an expert. Jamie used his resources and towed the truck and coordinated with the 3rd party and ultimately found a few contributing factors. The truck was then delivered to my house.  My biggest complement is knowing when to stop and assess and not just dump excess hours into something.  Appreciated.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop! I brought my van in for repairs and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. They got me in right away, kept me updated throughout the process, and were incredibly communicative and professional. On top of that, they went above and beyond by giving me a ride home and picking me up when the work was done—such a thoughtful touch! Fair prices, excellent service, and just genuinely good people. Auto Star is hands down my go-to for towing and car repairs. Jamey is the best— honest, reliable, and just a genuinely good guy. He’s helped me out of so many stressful car situations over the years, whether it was towing, fixing something major, or even helping me figure out what to do when a car wasn’t worth fixing. I always trust his advice and know he’s looking out for me and my family. I have triplet boys who all started driving around the time I found Auto Star, and Jamey has helped us more times than I can count. Five stars every time!

Jamey is absolutely FANTASTIC! He got us a gem of a vehicle, was extremely honest and transparent about everything, and even gave us such a reasonable price. He was unbelievable helpful throughout the entire process. We had so many challenges with trying to title and register out of state, and Jamey continued to be communicative and helpful throughout the entire process to ensure we had everything we need to take care of business.
