**MOVING SALE** Now Asking 300. Willing to entertain offers but wont budge much. Really don't want to part with it but we already have another sofa+loveseat and storage unit is getting full. Includes the pillows and king size pillow top cover seen in the pictures (yes the mattress is a queen, this is just an extra one I didn't need). Also the screenshot of the sofa with the name and dimensions was taken the day of this post from the VCF website and FYI, that price is for a regular sofa, the sleeper was like 849 but they were having a big sale at the time so I got it for a reasonable price, but it doesn't even look like they have the sleeper in that style currently available when I looked it up. Currently located on the second floor of a town house but within the next week will be moving to the storage unit and made to fit ...... Somehow...**UPDATE** IT HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE FIRST FLOOR, BUT AN OFFER HAS BEEN MADE ON THE HOUSE... IT IS THE LAST ITEM IN THE HOUSE AND I NEED IT GONE! IF I DONT GET ANY HITS ON IT I GUESS ILL BE MOVING TO STORAGE BY SUNDAY 2/23. Purchased in '21 with White Glove delivery for the upstairs office as an alternative to a full size bed to better utilize the space and still entertain the occasional house guest- murphey beds are crazy expensive and are fairly useless when put up, and nothing screams college bachelor like a futon- so this seemed the logical choice. Ended up getting a long term house guest for the last year who did sleep on it during that time, mostly in the closed position with the topper and other blankets as the bedding so the couch cushions themselves are still firm and havent even been broken in, especially since this was never used as a main form of seating. Full disclosure, there is a dark colored stain on the foot area- only barely noticeable in direct lighting- and the topper could use a pretreat and wash with a little bleach. The top of the back cushion support also has some paint transfer and scuff marks from when the delivery drivers were trying to get it upstairs**UPDATE, DO TO THE TRANSITION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM FLOOR UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOW A BIT MORE PAINT TRANSFER ON THAT BACK SUPPORT.. BUT ONCE CUSHIONS ARE IN PLACE IT IS COMPLETELY UNNOTICABLE** and into the room- it's a tight fit stairway and narrow hallway and door frame and they did warn me first-but tbh they did a great job getting it in considering that was the only damage. It's a smoke free home but we do have a small jack russel\beagle mix so there is some dog hair. None of which a good steam clean and vacuum couldn't fix to spruce up to like-new condition. If you want me to have it steam cleaned or wash the topper for you-the price goes up. **You will need some Muscle to pick this up so enlist the help of a friend or two-I can help where i can but sleeper sofas are heavy** Side note - also have a bar height, black wooden (pine) dinette table and chairs from Ikea I will be listing as well
