Michael Rome Designs, known for using top quality leather and modern, sleek designs went over the top with this work of art. The cognac color is featured here, but I also have one in rich crimson/burgundy. Whether you use this bag for work or travel, you will not be sorry about this purchase. The many compartments and generous size (17” wide but 19” at its widest, 12”high, and 4.5”deep) make organization a breeze. Made in Italy, there are five brass feet on the bottom of the bag to protect the gorgeous crocodile-embossed leather from any scuffs/damage. The deep front pocket has a locking device with the key cleverly hidden by a nearby leather sheath. The back flap pocket too is generous in size (9” high by 14.5”wide) with a magnetic closure for safety, but making passports or reading material readily accessible. The zippered middle compartment houses two large pockets on either side and an additional large zippered compartment to keep valuable even safer! Another 5.5” by13.5” pocket on the other side of that has space for pens, glasses, and six slots for credit cards.
