We bought a used Mazda from the Acura dealership. They sent the Mazda over to Finley Mazda for inspection. They allow us to get our own inspection.  They listened to our concerns and needs and met us where we needdd to be and as a result we now love the car obviously it's very early in the relationship, but we feel lucky to have found a great car at a great dealership that truly puts the customer first from the top down even those finance guys who usually sour the experience but not this time. Went to Findlay Acura trying to navigate the ever challenging automobile purchase process. Was approached by Josh Rodriguez when I walked in. I knew what I wanted so everything was pretty straightforward. Josh was aware of the cars in stock and any offers Acura was offering that would apply to my purchase. With a little help from Harris, we came to deal that I was comfortable with and left with the car the same day. Easy purchase and one of the only deals I’ve made when buying a car that I didn’t feel ripped off when I got home. Great staff. Highly recommend.
