I'm selling a very unique Room & Board "pop up" couch. This couch easily converts from a classic gray sofa to a double-size bed when you roll out a second section tucked below its base. The couch is in near-perfect condition and normally retails for over 2K. The attached pictures show how the couch can expand without the stress or hassle of a traditional foldable sofa bed / mattress. I have traditionally left it folded out and placed a blanket over it to create a very comfortable extended sofa. Buyer must come and pick up the couch themselves.
