It was an amazing experience with Luiza Parvutsova she was very personable and knowledgeable in reference to the operations and functions of the S500 as well as pairing the BMW App on my cell and the vehicle.

Mrs. Parvutsova advised me reference to the warranty's and coverages available and what the benefits would be in reference to obtaining the warranty's and coverages i.e. the maintenance plans etc.

I met the Service Department Staff and was shown the process in reference to performing the vehicle service process.

The purchasing process was easy non stressful / strenuous it was very smooth transaction / transition from BMW Brand to the Mercedes.

Amazing service at this Mercedes location. I’ve been to two other locations and the Pompano Mercedes Benz blows everyone else out of the water. Service is 10/10! Everyone is friendly and says good morning, there’s a clean and stocked coffee area, newspapers, and the coolest shop! I genuinely enjoy getting my car serviced here and stay to look at the cars or chat.

EDITED TO ADD: I did purchase my Mercedes here in 2024 and Isaac was absolutely amazing. It was best car service experience I have ever had. He took his time to explain all the features of my new car and had it all ready for me when I arrived.
