I bought these to install on my new boat for a dual holder Magma cutting board setup... I ended up having to use 30 degree ones instead because of the clearance on my battery charger... These are brand new, but one of the packages got tossed with some boxes so I couldn't return them. These are awesome because you can install a 3/4" drainage system to move the water away from sensitive components like my batteries that are underneath my holders... Incuded is the pictures of my final install with the cutting board if you're looking for ideas. These would be perfect for a gunwale installation or for pole holder downrigger installations (use the smith heavy duty washer ring if using for downrigger installations) Bought for 90$ each. Don't believe the Anchor Express site prices if you look these up... It's a scammer site....
