Circa 1970’s Vitamix 3600 Mixer in near mint condition. This is stainless steel and built like a tank. Works effortlessly to create smoothies, hot soups, baby food and nut butters. You can also use to knead dough and grind grains to make flour. You can easily make your own gluten-free flour! This is a real conversation starter, but I just don’t have space in my tiny kitchen anymore. And remember, Vitamix will give you a $100 trade in voucher if you ever did want to purchase a newer model.
