If the ad is up, then yes its still available. No i am not taking 1000. Dont waste your time with a lowball offer. Selling a shed that doesn't fit my needs. Built less than 2 years ago. It's not a cheap kit from home depot or Lowes. It's properly built with 16" centers, insulation on the walls, thermal roof sheathing, joist hangers on the floor joists, and hurricane tie downs holding the roof on. Built like a house. It's a wood floor sitting on concrete anchor blocks. Can easily be jacked up to put on a trailer or flatbed tow truck as it's behind a 12ft rv gate so you can drive right up to it. True dimensions are in the photos. 10 feet tall at the roof peak. If the ad is still up, then yes it is still available
