Elcamino,I bought it as is where is and was going to make it a rat rod,had it towed home,V8 motor locked up,rear bumper and gas tank and some chrome missing,would consider partial trade for set of working torches on cart,or maybe decent riding mower,again I know very little about car,I put four brand new Douglas tires on it from Walmart and as far as I got, to many projects here now,needs to go.
