Overall good experience. Bought a 2011 Ford Ranger so expected to have some wear and tear. The process to purchase was extremely smooth. Darien had the truck ready for us by the time we arrived, gave us the keys and let us check it out with zero pressure. They were fair and honest with their negotiating.

The one thing I would be cautious about from my experience is that their maintenance and cleaning procedures may not be fully complete. Days after purchasing I took to an auto shop for precaution, primarily due to being a 14 year old vehicle. That mechanic and a second one I got for a second opinion both said there was an "obvious" critical issue with a control arm ball joint. So it was unfortunate that was not disclosed during the purchasing process.

Aside from possibly having better (or more honest) repair procedures it was clear that the truck was not professionally deep cleaned / detail the moment I first got into it. There was still trash in the back seat, grime around the cup holders, window sills, and other areas, and also leaves in the truck bed (even though there was a cover on it).

Take my experience how you want. Overall I never felt disrespected or rushed during the purchasing but wish a few extra steps were taken prior to the purchasing of the car to make it fully ready.
