Limited access highways: Electric scooters are not permitted on fully controlled limited access highways. In King County, micromobility devices, including electric scooters, are permitted on trails that do not allow motor vehicles, unless signage specifies otherwise. The Parks Director can define specific rules for specific trails at their discretion.
