Extremely updated! Road ready! My wife and I bought this single slide 2001 Holiday Rambler Alumascape 5th wheel trailer in 2021 when we moved back to western Washington and we were saving for a house. In 2022 we bought a house and moved the trailer down to it. We/family member had plans to buy property and use it as a temporary home while building a house but we have decided it’s time to clear driveway. More current photos of exterior to come, it’s better than it was in these. List of upgrades, most of this work was done within the first two months of owning the trailer: Ripped out carpets and replaced with life proof vinyl flooring Painted everything with Kilz primer followed by color Added dual layer foam/reflective bubble wrap insulation panels to skylights for temperature stability Re-sealed one leaky window in the slide I designed and built a dinette with a pantry slide on one side and garbage/recycle on the other Updated all lighting to color temp changeable and dimmable LEDs Added a custom dining room light Updated the counters with a thin epoxy resin Upgraded the sink to a oversized single basin Designed and built custom queen bed frame with one large or two smaller dog crates below (spacious enough for our two 80lb labs) and storage space in front Custom dresser and hanging storage Custom bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet Upgraded shower stall Fridge upgraded to large (for an RV) 120v. Left all hookups for 12v and propane fridge to be re-installed. Floating media center, easily moved when slide comes in for transportation Movie theater ready, Automatic projector screen mounts, projector mount in the kitchen, all ran through a 5.1 stereo. DOES NOT COME WITH PROJECTOR, SCREEN OR STEREO. Happy to help you get set up for it Hidden cat door to litter box under the stair in the storage area. Cat litter is accessed from outside. Easily converted back to storage. No leaks around windows, skylights, or along roof seams Propane heater, our first winter was in 2021 and it snowed a ton. Pipes never froze and we were comfortable Rooftop AC, where we were parked we didn’t have any cover, made it through two summers and the AC could always keep up. The black tank was plugged badly when we bought it, I fixed it and fully flushed it using the built in tank washer and enzyme tank cleaner and it is functioning perfectly now. 2 grey tanks, both are fully functional Fresh water tank Outdoor shower Dual axle, tires in good shape Trailer brakes in good condition Comes with 100ft of fresh water hose and heater cord I have all the manuals/guides from the original purchase Clean title Roof has one softish spot in the ladder corner Auto leveling jacks are not currently working, the splined gear shaft broke and I haven’t been able to replace it. I have the parts and the feet can still be moved manually. Shower stall upgrade is in progress, supplies have been purchased, working on install GVWR 10000 dry 7920 Approx 30ft $15000
