I found that Autoport had a used 2013 Toyota Highlander that interested me due to being hybrid, well priced, and fit my families needs. Autoport had done the most recent maintenance and everything was a great fit. I took the car off the lot and 20 minutes later the car went into a fail safe mode. Joespeh and Lue met me where I was at and fixed the problem (sensor) the same day and drove the car to my house. The car is running great now. They have a commitment to their customers and doing the right thing. It's hard to find people who care and I'm glad I did. Thanks guys!

Extremely disappointed with this dealership.
I purchased a vehicle here, and in less than 45 days the engine suffered a blown head gasket — a major mechanical failure that typically develops over time, not overnight. This has resulted in thousands of dollars in repair costs almost immediately after purchase.
When buying from a licensed dealer, you expect the vehicle to be properly inspected and roadworthy. Instead, I am now dealing with a catastrophic engine issue that should never have happened this soon.
This experience has raised serious concerns about how vehicles are inspected and represented before being sold.
