THIS dealership went entirely over the top, especially Uncle Buck.
They heard about my recent disaster and poor treatment from another car lot. Assured me I was "safe", seriously. And I was. I literally can not begin to tell you how Uncle Buck made me comfortable. Extremely caring and respectful. Also, he listened. Actually retained facts as I rambled.
Uncle Buck is sharp. Did not miss a beat. Took in all the details of my purchasing situation and created a plan for me that included my purchase of my dream vehicle!

This has been the best, smoothest, not like torture car purchase at a dealership that I have ever had.
This actually seems surreal to me right now. I pick it up tomorrow.

ADDENDUM:
This is my report back, kinda.
I am conflicted. They were so kind to me that I feel guilty.
However
The shop they use is not credible.
I had items stolen from my car.
And the worst part for me is the following.
I am at the Oregon/Washington border. Heat is vital. I have 3 children to keep warm. The car did not have heat! I did not think to check BEFORE making my purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person and he told the manager. They were immediately receptive to help me. I even got a loaner car while mine was in this supposed shop. 2 weeks later, I got my car back, STILL WITH NO HEAT!..I STILL DONT HAVE HEAT. 18,000 for a car without heat, in a snow environment.
Update:
I was very upset. I also, was still very kind, and polite. They totally were respectful, kind, and considerate to me, the entire time.  There were unforseen circumstances. The managers, as well as my salesmen, Uncle Buck and Don (I will come back and edit his last name) truly went above and beyond to not only handle this situation, but cared, and made sure I was good. Also happy.
I have seen so many horrible reviews for this place, I have to give it to them. These guys are the best as far as I am concerned! I also jave to give credit to Hose. He handled the brunt of my phone calls. His phone energy is calming and conforting, lol. If he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to get the answer for you. Just a great group of people. A rare gem.
I have now purchased 2 vehicles here. Tjere were many hiccups, all handled with ease. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, twice!

He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone so patient and genuinely focused on making sure you feel comfortable with your decision. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail throughout the process. I highly recommend working with Jose.

Google needs to start giving negative stars for “businesses” like this place here!
If you don’t mind the sales manager of all people being extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, all because you had to come to the other side of town to find out the vehicle you inquired about needed a good 3k put into it to be worth their asking price… the beautiful vehicle George or Gary or whatever his name was painted a picture of, was far from reality! Car was salvaged which I knew up front. But the “repairs” they made, they took the cheapest route possible to fix. Was told the tires are perfect condition, far from the truth and not only needed new tires, but wear patterns suggest alignment as well. Massive stain on interior ceiling looked like someone got stabbed in the car. Mismatch paint on body, lots of scratches, paint starting to peel. While inspecting the car I found mold in the passenger retractable window shades. The sales rep seemed clueless and like I didn’t give a damn about a thing in the world. He also told me a price then the manager argued with us about it. When I mentioned all the things I’ll have to do to fix the car up, sales manager starts raising his voice, telling us to “get the hell out”, and as God as my witness we didn’t do or say anything to warrant that disrespect!
As I was leaving a different rep came out in an attempt to get my business, he was nice very respectful and reasonable! But good ole sales manager came walking outside hollering again, raising his arms up at us and looking for a problem or something..
I gave him personal info to hold the car for me before I ever went there , I asked if he could dispose of it while I was there since he didn’t seem like a trustworthy or even decent person, and he shooed me off and said he’ll do it later.
Oh almost forgot the car had 3k more miles in it once I got there than what was advertised.
I highly recommend not coming here!
