Despite the negative reviews. I had a very positive experience. On 08/08/25, I purchased a 2013 RAM 1500 Big Horn Quad Cab. Vehicle needed very little, tail light and an A/C control module. I paid cash. Regardless of the work and fees, I still paid wholesale. Even with all-in. I worked with Matt (sales consultant) and worked extensively with Muhammad (manager). Both upfront with everything! I don’t understand the negative reviews, you’re buying wholesale to the public. Be thankful for the opportunity given in this economy and what’s been going on for several years with the premiums on vehicles and the automotive as a whole. And no, I wasn’t paid to post this review. This was on my own volition just like my choice of buying a car from here! Truly old school style dealings here!

I did not purchase the car here but it’s part of it. I went to this location trying to switch to another car because the car purchased in Paterson was not what I expected. They promised and promised to help but nothing. We were told that they’ll call us but never did. How professional is that. Went back with the intentions to switch the car since they told us they’ll help us but never did. Excuses that the they are eating for the bank. The Spanish sales person is not professional. None are anyways. After waiting few days on waiting for the bank to approve and never received a call from nobody, I had to go back there, the day I went back the Colombian salesman didn’t even say anything, just looked at me and walk away, how professional is that. All I saw was all of them going out to smoke every hour. Once I decided to stay with the car. According to the finance guy they’ll call me once the plates are ready but guess what never did. After 4 weeks I tried for 3 days to call their plates department and nobody picked up, their voicemail was full. After trying a salesperson told me to text the registration so I did and guess what no response and no call amazing. So I tried again and again until finally a Friday I had a response since Tuesday. I was told call Monday and ask for the plates. How is that a customer has to call, I thought that as dealership and professionals they have to reach out to customer. But I regret doing business with this company. I will post my review on the Paterson dealership. Horrible, I was robbed but when they saw 10k cash their eyes happy.

I came here with the intention of driving out with a car and I did!! I’ll recommend anyone to come here!! Even thought my credit wasn’t really good enough for the car I got they make sure I take it off the lot!!! I appreciate yall man I swear

After 3 days of driving a car i bought from Elmora Motorsport The car didn’t work at all.  I have now had to pay for a tow service several times to figure out the problem. they won’t help me fix the car that they sold me and doesn’t work. this place is full of liars that just want you money not good business. i don’t recommend working with them. Currently in the process of sueing

I assure you that the treatment has been wonderful, very attentive, polite and always looking for the best solution .
