Replacement kit tested/working parts for Header for Stanley Dura-Storm 3000 Series Left Hand Single Slide Auto Door (108” W x 96” H). Auto door was installed back in 2019 for about a week before the frames got damaged. No damages to any parts listed. Equipment was only Tested. These are original Stanley direct parts not rebuilt. Don't be fooled by competitors who may offer "rebuilt equipment." Check the part number. If the part number starts with the letter "R" then there is a good possibility it is a rebuilt. Includes: Stanley Dura-Storm/Duraglide 3000 IQ MC521 Single Controller Box (P/N 1000459-1) with (1) encoder sensor plug-in and (1) motor plug-in. o Kit comes fully wired with all 10 Position Terminal Blocks (TB plugs 1-6) shown and labeled with labeled wiring harnesses. o Missing breakout switches and wires (TB3 10/9 slot have cut wires for this to be tied in if needed) o Includes doorway holding safety photobeam transmitter and receiver with wiring harnesses and plugs. (Not yet wired to controller box terminal block) o Includes PDA Harness connected to RS232 COM1 connector on MC521.
