We bought a older Subaru a couple of weeks ago from Felix and discovered there were missing lug nuts on one of the tires. My husband called him and Felix said to bring the car in. He fixed it in no time and did not charge me. I appreciated his integrity.

Bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 from this dealership and literally the next day after purchase i got a check engine light. i called felix and he said he would take care of it but i told him it was ok i would change it myself since i have experience working on these cars. i fixed the thermostat issue and check engine light went away. now 2 days later again the check engine comes on again and i let him felix know i was going to be taking the vehicle to Crown Dodge to be diagnosed and repaired. He said he would pay whatever it costs to fix the vehicle. i let him know that crown dodge told me the repair was going to be 1,600$ and he never responded to me after. i tried getting ahold of him to no success. then while the car was at the dealer it started overheating so they took it again and repair so far is another 600$ and they still have the vehicle. ive owned the car in total for 3 months and have only driven it a total of 2 week and the rest of the time its been at the dealership. i don’t recommend this dealership just for the fact that he gave me his word he would reinburse me for the costs to fix the vehicle and i have proof from text messages between us and voicemails.

Bought a car on Sunday and same thing everyone else has been saying.. check engine light goes on after a few days. The owner never answers calls and when you can finally get through to him, he starts yelling out F bombs and saying how all the cars he sells are certified and they have no problems. Avoid this place- it will save you a lot more money.

Me and my husband went there to look for a car. We asked to see a car the guy went back and got the keys but first asked us when do you plan on buying a car. We said we are looking to but in 1 to 2 weeks then all of a sudden he said well oh we only take full cash price for the car. So basically he would not work with us we would have to pay $4000 straight out for the car and no financing even though the ad said they do financing what a lie don't go there  we wasted our time never again will I go there stay away go somewhere else
