Exceptional Experience with Frank

My husband and I visited AutoNation Bellevue because he wanted to gift me a car — my first car in the U.S. We planned to test drive a few pre-owned BMW X3 and X1 models, but thanks to Frank, we drove away with a brand-new X3 instead.

As a long-time Mercedes loyalist who hadn’t driven much here, I wasn’t expecting to switch brands so easily. But Frank’s patience, product knowledge, and genuine interest in understanding our needs completely won us over. He made the experience feel exciting, not stressful, and treated us like people, not transactions.

The moment my husband decided on the X3, fate stepped in — the exact specs and color we wanted arrived at the dealership the same day. A couple of days later, we were picking up my new car with huge smiles.

Frank’s service didn’t stop at the sale. He continues to be just as attentive, answering questions and walking us through every feature of the car with the same warmth and detail he showed from the start.

It was more than a car purchase — it was a special memory. And Frank made sure it was perfect.

I went in to purchase a used 2011 Honda CRV. I was treated with respect like any other customer that was there to purchase a luxury vehicle. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, didn’t patronize me, and respected my barriers when I decided not to purchase. The next day, I decided to purchase the vehicle, called them up and headed over where they quickly helped me get my vehicle and get out the door. Thanks to Alvin for the extra friendly help.

We had a wonderful experience at this BMW location. Darrin was our salesman and we could not recommend him enough in purchasing your next car. We had reached out to BMW of Bellevue to put in a custom build for a new X1 and Darrin was not only extremely responsive, he helped us latch onto an opportunity to swap into an existing open allocation within days. Our new car arrived within a little over 2 months from our initial outreach!

When we picked up our new car, everything was super smooth. Darrin was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we were 100% happy before we drove off the lot. We will recommend this location to our friends/family and will be back if we have interest in another BMW purchase in the future!

Unfortunately, we had an accident on a cross-country roadtrip: thanks to BMW’s support services, we were towed to this location, Uber to our hotel was taken care of, & the team took care of us with a 2 year warranty.

Our agent, Bill, was responsive & personable during the repair process. While the repairs were expensive, the customer service was stellar with Bill (with Saf’s efficient assistance) answering our questions, ensuring all details of our car were functioning properly, & we could return home to Denver. The facilities are light, open, & well-run. The effect of high-end luxury & performance is highlighted & appreciated.

With the security of the Ultimate Driving Machine & support of the staff, are back on the road with safety & style!

I appreciated the communication from Matt. He kept me in the loop consistently. We had a difficult issue related to our hybrid battery that took sometimes the communication kept me at ease.
Our loaner was great. Love the x5s. Thank you. The dealership is very professional.Bellevue BMW was first class start to finish.
