Ceramic pieces sit on a white base/top of lights so they shine when dark. Notice a little crack on the blue part of the one tree (see picture). Otherwise All the other pieces are in excellent condition. All bulbs included with extra bulbs. Base plugs into an outlet. Arrange the village on the lighted base as you like.
