Built earlier this year by myself. Selling because I want to build another with a different color scheme... it was fun! I'm a computer science guy and an experienced solderer and am very confident in this build. My neighbor's an electrical engineer in the defense industry...a literal rocket scientist lol... he gave it his seal of approved as well. I had pretty much moved on from my first decent set of phones, the Sennheiser hd6xx, because I thought they were lacking... something. I had tried pairing the Sennys with an xduoo ta-20 and xduoo ta-26 because I heard so much about the 6xx paired with tubes. However, neither of which really impressed me. Flash forward in time a few years and I decided to try them again with a 3rd tube amp after reading tons of positive reviews of the crack. I'm so glad I did! I finally understand the love affair with Sennheiser and tubes! In the last 2 photos I tried to capture a dent and scratch. I semi-dropped the case when I was attaching the upgraded feet....derp. I could sand it down and fix it, but I'll let the next owner have the experience lol... it's pretty minor as it is.
