I work from home full-time so I finally decided to splurge and spend more on a quality office chair. I bought this chair because it was offered as a "tall" chair. However, that was only related to the height itself not the overall seat depth to accommodate my legs while seated. I gave it a chance for a couple times but it just doesn't fit me. The customer service to return it was more of a hassle than anything unfortunately, so my loss is your gain! I bought for $800.00 (before taxes etc.) and it's now listed for $685.99. Happy to answer any questions if needed.
