2000 Coleman Sea Pine One owner camper in fair condition. Bought new in Nov, 1999. Has had minimal use over the past 25 years, maybe (7) outings. We last used it in 2018 and it has been sitting on the side of our house since then. Has some siding damage on front panels, but for the most part is still in good condition for a 25 year old camper. Will need some love, and had provided our family with some great memories. $$4000 obo Refrigerator: (Norcold) - Working. Works on AC/DC/LP. Propane: Furnace Inside stove and (NEW) outside stoves work well Gas leak detector Electrical: 110 Volt AC Power Supply - Outlets work. Lights (internal) Water: 10 Gallon tank Roof/Siding: Clamshell roof in fair condition with a few small cracks. Siding in front needs some repairs, but has been used the way it is. Curtains inside are in good shape. 10’ canopy in LIKE NEW condition (poles included). Flooring/Cabinets/Upholstery: All mattresses and cushions in fair shape. Galley table included (works well) and used to make a second double bed in the dining area. Tires These work, but would recommend getting new ones. Have not been used since 2018. Spare tire was also replaced in 2018 (spare tire cover included). Towing: Frame is in very good shape. Tongue jack and stabilizers working (four jack pads included). Electrical trailer brakes working.
