Simple rig to setup and take down! -propane stove that is mountable inside our outside of camper -3 beds- 1 bigger slide out bed able to sleep 2 adults, 1 single slide out bed, and one double that is made with the table and bench pads -has water tank and sink able to hand pump water inside the camper -110 cable hookup for inside lights and plugs -electrical works -propane heater -electrical inverter for powering from plug or tow electrical hookups -4 stability jacks all working -inside light and outside light work -new battery for power -full size spare tire and new tires on trailer - canvas has no tears- and does not leak-it isn't the original canvas- it isn't perfect but defiantly keeps the Washigton rain out -hand crank and cables work -new propane tank - includes original vinyl awning and poles Great camper- weighs only 900 lbs empty so great to pull with smaller suv or car, or with a pickup truck or suburban you won't even remember your pulling it. It also has great storage for gear while towing for those that need to fill the car with passengers. Used this all summer and it all works great. Again have to sell due to not being able to store.
