2016 Heartland Elkridge 38RSRT

Gorgeous and luxurious!!! Elkridge 38RSRT by Heartland in like new condition. Adult owned, never smoked in. Just under 42' with 5 slide outs sleeps a small army. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with large closet and space for washer/dryer. Master has en-suite with spacious shower. Im 6'2" 260lbs and I fit comfortably. Unique floor plan with rear bunkhouse that has two bunks and fold out couch with cable TV hookup. Rear bunkhouse has its own full bath with shower/tub combo. Rear bath has direct access from outside. Living area has dinette and couch which convert for additional sleeping. Kitchen has peninsula with barstools for extra eating area. Kitchen is equipped with stove with oven, microwave, with 3 way refrigerator. Dual AC's with ceiling fan help keep it cool. Living area also has entertainment system with CD/DVD player with a 3 zone audio system both indoor and outdoor that can be selected to your preference. This unit is loaded with tons of space and storage. We bought it but only used it 2 out of the last four summers so the condition is near flawless. Great for entertaining and making memories.
