This was my first time to this Subaru Dealership.
I was well taken care of and the customer lounge was well furnished, quiet, and comfortable.  There were work stations if I needed to plug in my laptop and log in to work.  The TV on the wall was tuned to a neutral TV station that was easy to watch.  My service was completed while I waited  and everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend these folks!

Nothing but positive to say about their service department. In this day and age, while you can claim your service is the best, its being able to back it up as well. Kudos to Rairdon's Subaru. You have earned my business and will share with my family and friends.

I’ve been going here whenever my car maintenance/inspection check comes up and I’ve never had any problem. The experience is straight-forward: go inside, check-in with an employee, wait until the maintenance is done, an employee comes to you to tell you the results, receive a copy of the paperwork, and you’re out the door. The waiting time and costs are pretty average and what you’d expect from any dealership. The waiting room is a fairly spacious, cozy area with a TV and right next to it you have free coffee with a decent selection. I haven’t come across any rude employees and one of the guys there, Mark, provides excellent service and answers your questions with honesty. Can’t complain about anything so there’s no reason for me not to come back again.

I brought my new-to-me used 2012 Subaru Outback in for a new owner multi-point safety inspection. I was pretty sure that it had been maintained well by the previous owner. Malinda was very kind and friendly, and was able to confirm that based on the servicing records under the previous owner's name, all the recommended servicing had been performed, including service recalls. The techs confirmed that everything was in great condition, and gave their recommendation on future servicing, but nothing was needed at this time. There was no charge for the inspection, and they even threw in a free car wash! They've gained a loyal customer, and I will definitely be bringing my Outback in for any servicing or repairs that I might need in the future.

Took my 19 WRX Limited here today for it's first service since ownership. Got me in right away for an oil change and tire rotation and out the door within about 30 min. They suggested a couple other services that I'm going to need soon when I get to my 30k and 40k mile mark, and the cost of each. Everyone was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Ian was great to work with. I'll definitely be going back and making this my car's service shop. Hopefully I'll have such a great experience every time I go here! Definitely recommend 👌🏼
