In great shape. Costco bundle I bought about 4 years ago for $5100. Its in great shape, very portable as shown. I moved to a smaller house and I do not need it anymore. All the pieces including wooden table, cup holders, and connecting pieces are included. All the covers are removable. Plenty of different ways to connect it.
