NO LONGER MANUFACTURED IN AZ These stairs are barely used in almost brand NEW condition with little to no wear. The steps were placed in front of a mobile home door that was sealed shut. They were used mainly for looks due to mobile home park having HOA. Original price: $460+ (please don't low ball) Amount of steps: 3 steps including the short deck Railing?: Has holes and anchors already put into the steps for Wrought iron railing Weight: 400 lbs (will most likely need two people) Will need to be picked up, I cannot deliver these and I don't have the equipment to pick them up.
