Screen-specific models extend out to 29.9", retracts to 5.1" (plus thickness of required adapter plate that's sold separately). Universal models extend out to 30.4", retracts to 5.6". Mounts to two wood studs or concrete. Universal models adapt to screens with up to 28.7" wide x 17" high mounting inserts.
