This here is a 1988, 17 foot long Bayliner Cobra with a 125 hp outboard engine on it. It's not the prettiest boat out there but the engine cranks but I've yet to start it since I've bought it last year. I know it has spark and the fuel pump and starter are brand new and the steering is all hooked up along with some of the power on the dash board of it. It needs some time but overall a great boat. I have the last vessel registration that expired in 2019 so you will be able to use that to register it along with the really nice trailer I'm selling with it.
