The service was acceptable when it was finally finished. The delay in getting my truck back was unacceptable - over 2 weeks. I feel like when they learned I did not need a car - I was put on back burner.  Additionally, when I finally got a day it was supposed to be done, 9/21, I told them I was out of town.  They said fine it will be done and ready when you get back Monday 9/25. Monday 9/25 was not ready - not done till Wed. 9/27.
Reason I was told was that 1 technician working on my car had to finish another truck that had been in shop for months before he could work on my truck. Unacceptable. There has to be more than 1 technician that can do this work.

I believe when they realized I might not need truck as it’s not my daily driver - I was put to back of line.

When in fact I needed it!  29 years and 5 trucks at this dealer and this was the longest service experience in all.

Sunset kept my car to fix a tire sensor and  got it fixed under warranty which was awesome. But when my mom picked up my car she said the fob didn't work. I thought she just didn't know how to work it. Than today she brought it back and asked how to unlock it. When I tried to show her I saw the key fob was broken. My wife says it wasn't broken when she dropped it off and my mom said it was broken when she picked it up. Very irritating that this was never brought to our attention.

I have recently purchased a new Tahoe from sunset. Craig, the salesman, is always professional and goes above and beyond. He’s not pushy and realistic. Financing also went about and beyond to ensure I had the appropriate coverage.  My car was delivered early,  cleaned well with a full tank of gas.  You get what you pay for at Sunset.
