Keep track of water temperature with a built-in thermometer; red range indicates optimal brew temperature of 195°F–205°F. Counterbalanced silicone handle lets you pour at a slow, steady pace. Stainless-steel body and lid. Not compatible with induction cooktops. USE Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible). CARE Hand-wash. Please be aware that placing product on rough or unclean surfaces, as well as normal daily use on cooking ranges, will damage finish on bottom of kettle. This is normal wear and does not affect functionality. Slight discoloration on bottom of copper Stagg will occur when used on gas and electric stoves.
