Excellent condition, 3 years old, 2/3rds off original cost, originally just over $2k. Significantly discounted for asap pickup. Dark grey velour material. Comes in 3 pieces as pictured (2 L shaped couch pieces and ottoman) for easy transportation. 98 inches wide and 66 inches deep for the chaise section. Ottoman is 33 inches by 33 inches. Grey accent pillows in the stock photo were an optional add-on, we just used our own throw pillows. Could be taken in a van or truck in one trip, or and SUV/hatchback in multiple trips. I have a furniture dolly and can bring it down to your vehicle and help load it up.
