Hey there! this Lance 2004 821 camper is so nice! We’ve had truck campers before- this one is our favorite! We are selling it because getting up and down has become painful to my wife’s shoulders. The slide out makes it roomy for a truck camper. We replaced battery, water pump and everything else works perfectly! Comes with a cover, happy jacks. Also has air conditioner, small rack. Works great off grid. Gas refrigerator, gas stove. If you are interested in truck too inquire within. We would take 30k for beefed out truck that takes both E85 ethanol (1.50 a gallon cheaper) and regular unleaded. Also has air bags .
