Okay, so the front control panel that operates the temperature is broke. I'm going to start off by that. It only allows the oven both top and bottom to go to 350°. If you can get the panel replaced or repaired, you have an almost perfect stove. The double oven is perfect for cooking lots of meals at once. I bought this oven in 2019. My sister has the same stove and she bought hers in 2015. Hers is working perfectly now. If you repair the panel you have at least another 6 or 7 years.
