REDUCTION - West Elm Lorimer collection Sectional Sofa w/ Chaise

This is a beautiful sectional from the Lorimer Collection offered by West Elm (pictures are of the actual couch in my living rooms). There are two pieces, the chaise and the sofa, that connect on the base of the sectionals. There are no stains, tears and you will find the comfortable sofa to be in excellent condition. One of the legs did break a year ago when I tried to lift it by myself, but this has been repaired. The color is Otter, which is essentially a charcoal grey color. The Otter fabric is an upgraded material and is considered a Grade A fabric as shown in the manufacturer description. The fabric is called a Performance Fabric (100% Polyester designed to be long-lasting and offers simple spot cleaning making it forgiving of stains). The sofa is supported by a dark wood frame.
