These are brand new but only the wheeler base. So if you need the base as a replacement I have a couple brand new ones still in box available. Pickup would be the Rivergate area or we can meetup close by in a public setting, such as Rivergate shopping center. Anywhere within 10-15 mins of Rivergate/Steele Creek/South Tryon - South Charlotte areas. Fort Mill or Carowinds as well. I accept all payment apps. Google pay, Zelle and Apple Pay as well. Cash is also of course, fine. If you would like for me to hold until you have time in your schedule to arrange pickup/meetup, you can also prepay, that is also acceptable.
