Our experience started a few months ago with text with Carla. She was not pushy and did not pressure us in to buying immediately understanding our questions and concerns when we were trying to buy. When the lease of our truck was up, we got back in touch with Carla and everything was great since. She was easy to talk to and made sure she met our needs when buying not one, but TWO cars at time of sale. She made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and did not leave until we left the building at midnight. Other staff members from management were great the entire evening.
