Mistlin Honda is a fantastic auto dealership and service center. I have been dealing with them for over 15 years and NEVER once have been given less than 100+% service in the most professional and courteous manner. I’m always treated as if I owned the dealership.

Henry, my sales rep has been leasing me a new Honda Pilot every 3 years for the past 15+ years. Every time he has provided me with the very best Pilot with the very best deal - absolutely NO problems, NO hassles! I would not trade that relationship for anything.

Now after Henry gets through with me, my service rep Sam steps up to maintain my Pilot in the same most professional and courteous manner NEVER any hassle just prompt professional and top notch service. Sam is there and helps me whether I walk in with a problem or have an appointment for service. Never turned away or delayed and always makes sure my problem is solved, my service is completed and I’m ready to go back on the road safely and securely.

Then there are the other staff members who support and continue Henry and Sam’’s work (financial,  mechanical and administrative support). Unfortunately, I don’t know their names and only have met a few briefly. Whatever lease or maintenance Henry and Sam initiate has always been completed in in the most professional manner.
