Measures 79L x 65H x 54D Futon folds into a couch. There are 3 screws that are stripped. Bed can still be assembled with them but I would recommend getting replacements from Ace Hardware, Home Depot, etc Bed frame is solid and in great condition You are welcome to take the futon mattress and I have a twin mattress for the top as well. The twin mattress was not used much as my son would always sleep on the futon (with a mattress pad). Priced to sell the frame only so the mattresses are included only if you want them.
