It works only on 2 modes Very slow 1. Sleep mode - slowly on and off 2. Wind mode - continious wind This tower NOT OSCiLLATE IS DAMAGE ( not turn) just on and off and blows air very slowly. Because is just for sleep or simulation wind. As is !!!!! As is!!!!!
