Would need to be rebuilt or refurbished. I like the way items are. I like them Dusty and Rusty. That being said it does show signs of rust and dust. I can tell that some bolts have been replaced due to the age of the bolt however I believe it's complete. Which is probably rare. I have to be honest I've never seen one like this. This thing is very heavy, probably 40 50 lb periods but it is a beautiful piece indeed and has tons of character. And for $50, you just about stole this thing from me. Thanks
