Even though they are technically used, they’re basically like new because the construction is so solid it’s almost impossible for them to feel worn out. Please note: the tiny screws that go into the back of your monitor are not included (those are specific to each monitor, usually M4 screws, and are easy to find online or at any hardware store). Also, the Allen wrench (hex key) used for tightening and loosening is not included, but it’s a very common tool you likely already have or can easily get.
