Entire Sealed And Slabs Pokémon/MTG Collelction

First things first, serious inquiries/interest only. I've been collecting and hoarding for a few years now and I'm feeling out if I want to sell it all at once or piece it out. I can provide pics of anything you want to take a closer look at. All items listed are sealed and in great shape. Unfortunately I can't add enough photos to show entire collection, so I'm happy to provide a list if you'd like to know more. Most of it is in storage so I won't be meeting up until it's reasonably apparent you're interested and won't flake. Total collection for all Pokémon and MTG is estimated at $27k, I'd sell the entire lot for $20k cash. Leaves plenty of resale room or a good discount if you're looking to get into the hobby. All the PSA 9 slabs I have aren't added into to lot value, which are included, so you're actually getting even more on top. Not looking for trades, only wanting cash/PayPal.
